Breaking down barriers to mental health support
BraveWave strives to be the leading mental health provider for our community. Our team provides access to therapy and family coaching that breaks down barriers and creates a welcoming environment for individuals and families to grow and thrive. We have spent the past 5 years working in the Issaquah School District as individual therapists and running the Incredible Years Group to families within the district. We are now extending our focus into private practice. We work with individuals ages 5 and up.
Every part of our practice, from individual therapy to parenting classes, is built around one idea: courage grows when people have the right tools and a steady place to land.
